1. Application of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website.

By accessing the website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and place orders.

By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are under 18, you must not provide personal information or place orders on this website.

3. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to device displays, lighting, or production variations. Packaging may also differ.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.

A contract between you and us is only formed once your order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to accept your order (including stock issues, payment problems, or pricing errors), we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed on the website in the stated currency.

Prices exclude delivery charges, which are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing, discounts, and promotions at any time without notice.

5. Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorised providers.

Payment is taken at the time of placing the order.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is declined, reversed, flagged for fraud, or subject to dispute.

Promotional codes, discounts, and gift cards may be subject to additional conditions and expiry dates.

6. Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer (this does not affect your statutory rights).

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or failure to collect the parcel and the item is returned to us, we may deduct return shipping costs from any refund.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges must comply with our Returns Policy.

If you change your mind, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet all return conditions.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including underwear, socks, and swimwear where seals have been removed.

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

This fee does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

If an item is confirmed as faulty or mis-described:

  • A free return label will be provided

  • A full refund will be issued

  • No restocking fee will be charged

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued (restocking fee applies).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
