1. Returns

1.1 Return Window

If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unaltered

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box with no signs of wear on the sole.

1.2 Promotional Items

If your order included a promotional free gift, it must be returned with the qualifying item.
If not, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

1.3 Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
This applies to all returns except faulty or incorrect items.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@obscureclo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Delivery address

If approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.

Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected.


3. Return Conditions

3.1 Change of Mind

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet all return conditions.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed or broken)


3.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photo evidence.

If confirmed:

  • A free return label will be provided

  • A full refund will be issued

  • No restocking fee will be charged


3.3 Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet all return conditions.

  • A return label will be issued once approved

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued (15% restocking fee applies).


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
