Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing times may be longer during:

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or operational disruptions outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
5. Tracking
Most orders include tracking.
If available, tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to become active.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

Absence at the delivery address

Parcels not collected from courier depots
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may deduct return shipping costs from any refund or charge for redelivery.
7. Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays can occur.
Where possible, we will assist in resolving delivery issues with the courier.
8. Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you must first contact the courier.
If unresolved, contact support@obscureclo.com and we will assist.
Refunds or replacements may only be issued after the courier’s investigation has been completed.
9. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@obscureclo.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review and provide next steps in line with UK consumer law.
